Lacey Lodge # 2518 of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks will hold their annual Memorial Day Picnic on Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 1pm until 5pm. The picnic is open to the public.
A special Memorial Day service and wreath laying ceremony will take place at 12 noon on the Elk’s Memorial Walk located outside of the Veteran’s and Handicapped Pavilion. All are welcome.
Admission donation for the picnic is ten (10) dollars per person, six (6) dollars for children ages twelve to six years old, children five and under are free. Family prices are available. The event features a barbeque, drink specials and entertainment by Let’s Be Frank, a classic 60s – 70s American pop band featuring four part vocal harmonies while playing great music from yesterday and today. Doors open at 12:30pm.
Also, please join us at the Lacey Township Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 25 at 10am. The Parade begins at the United Methodist Church on Lacey Road and continues west on Lacey Road ending at the Lacey Township Municipal Complex.
